Bucks IU is seeking a Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality services in functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support, and data-driven interventions. The role emphasizes collaboration with classroom staff, development of PBSPs, and on-site support within Bucks County districts.

The ideal candidate will hold a BACB certificate, prefer a master’s degree, and be willing to obtain supervisory credentials to supervise RBTs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) certification is required.
• BACB Supervisor Certification or willingness to earn is required to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional assessments (FBA) using indirect and direct methods.
• Prescribe and implement positive behavior support plans based on FBA.
• Develop feasible systems for progress monitoring and data analysis.
• Provide staff training and consultation on prescribed interventions.
• Model and provide feedback on prescribed procedures to staff.
• Coordinate routine consultation with classroom teachers per IEP plans.
• Attend IEPs for students with PBSPs (Positive Behavior Support Plans).
• Work on-site in Bucks County districts and travel as required.
