Job summary

Valley Day School is seeking passionate paraprofessionals to inspire, innovate, and promote positive behavior for students in a suburban Morrisville, PA campus. You will work under a classroom teacher to support social-emotional and academic learning on a collaborative instructional team.

The role includes behavioral support, small group instruction, and data collection, with training in Safe Crisis Management and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Background in child care, teaching, social work, counseling and/or psychology.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teacher with instructional and behavioral structures during lessons.
• Lead small group instruction and facilitate weekly morning meeting groups.
• Collect and submit behavioral data, plans, lunch selections, and other classroom information.
