Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Director, Market Solutions - Paze in San Francisco to lead the Market Solutions function, align product strategy with partner needs, and drive feature adoption among issuers, networks, and processors.

You will build and guide a growing team, translate roadmap into partner-facing materials, and work across Product, Engineering, and Operations to scale the Paze platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, product management, technology, or finance.
• 12+ years in related roles including formal product leadership and commercialization of complex products.
• Proven people-leadership experience and ability to scale teams in a growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of digital payments, wallets, tokenization, NFC, and related methods.
• Experience working with issuers, processors, networks, and partner ecosystems to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Market Solutions team and define priorities for expanding partnerships and product capabilities.
• Represent Partnerships in Product forums and maintain current understanding of Paze platform, roadmap, and partner implications.
• Translate product strategy into partner-facing narratives, briefs, and enablement materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive due diligence, onboarding, and feature adoption with partners.
