You will audit timecards, respond to inquiries, and maintain employee records while supporting system training and vendor coordination to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, HR analysis, or ADP eTIME.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS, timekeeping, and CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit timecard records daily to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries and audit, review, and correct timecards using shared mailbox, Salesforce CRM, and ADP eTIME.
• Maintain accuracy of employee records through collaboration with Payroll and Field Operations teams.
• Provide training and support to ADP eTIME users.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues with payroll vendors.
• Support Legal and Risk Management with data, reports and audits.
• Document ADP eTIME processes and best practices.
• Serve as SME for ADP eTIME and related timekeeping processes.
• Lead projects to improve processes and technology solutions.
• Identify system enhancements with HR teams and document requirements.
