Job summary

The Hertz Corporation in Oklahoma City is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will support regular payroll, off-cycle payments, and bonus incentives, utilizing ADP Global View and Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

Responsibilities include resolving vendor issues, supporting HR and risk teams with data for filings, and training system users. Strong confidentiality, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payroll processing, payroll or HR analysis
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
• Proficiency with HRIS, Payroll, and CRM software
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payroll records for accurate processing
• Coordinate off-cycle payments (retro, final, leave, disability, bonus)
• Respond to questions and audit timecards using shared mailbox, Salesforce CRM, and ADP Global View
• Provide training and support to ADP Global View users
• Resolve payroll vendor issues
• Support legal and risk teams with data for filings and reports
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
