• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior levels.
• 8 years of experience in accounts receivable, payroll funding, or financial operations, with 1–2 years in supervision or PM role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate new clients into the payroll system end-to-end.
• Collect, validate, and upload historical payroll data from previous providers.
• Configure employee data, tax settings, and custom reporting with clients.
• Lead vendor and software implementation projects and coordinate timelines.
• Audit payroll data and system configurations to ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain system documentation and progress reports.
• Train staff and clients on system features and workflows.
