Job summary

Kittitas Interactive is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to lead payroll administration for all employees in Yakima, WA. You will oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and maintain strong internal controls while coordinating with vendors and the People Guru system.

You will also support labor analytics, reporting, and routine finance operations, driving process improvements and collaboration across departments to uphold Standards of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of payroll administration experience required.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers required.
• Experience with PeopleGuru or similar HCM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bi-weekly payroll process for all employees.
• Audit payroll data prior to submission and processing.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and tax information.
• Coordinate with payroll providers regarding processing and filings.
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on system functionality.
• Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
