Qualifications

• 2–6 years of payroll analyst experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience with multi-state tax rules and wage & hour law.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred or required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for complex employee payroll questions.
• Review gross-to-net calculations and validate headcount changes.
• Run daily cross-system validation checks for data integrity.
