Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing, system administration for UKG WFM, and related reporting and audits. This role ensures policy alignment, tax compliance, and data integrity across our payroll platforms.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to resolve complex issues, implement system updates, and support payroll operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing with data validation and timely pay distribution.
• Assist with reports and analytics using Cognos and dataviews.
• Collaborate to resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Administer UKG WFM configurations for timekeeping and attendance.
• Identify bottlenecks and design automated workflows.
• Lead UAT for software updates and tax table changes.
• Provide data extracts and audit trails for audits.
• Train end-users on system updates and document processes.
• Cross-train on tip pools, commissions, and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
