This role is the first point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving Tier 1 questions, handling employment verifications, and supporting legal requests, with remote eligibility up to 20%. The position emphasizes accurate communication, case documentation, and collaboration with Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, and Time & Labor to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• One to three years of customer service or payroll support experience.
• Experience using case management, ticketing, payroll, or timekeeping systems preferred.
• Experience handling confidential employee information and service level expectations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Payroll Customer Service & Tier 1 Case Resolution: serve as first contact for inquiries and resolve Tier 1 questions.
• Case Intake, Triage & Dispatch: review, categorize, prioritize, route cases to appropriate teams.
• Employment Verifications, Legal Requests & Administrative Support: verify employment, respond to legal requests.
• Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement: support articles, scripts, and process improvements.
