CRH Americas Materials is hiring a Payroll Contact Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for employees with payroll inquiries. You will deliver timely, accurate payroll support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

In this hybrid role, you will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or tickets, research discrepancies, educate employees, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT to improve processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in multi-state payroll processing or similar environment.
• Payroll knowledge including wage taxes and wage attachments.
• Experience with SAP/ADP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to payroll, timekeeping, and tax inquiries from employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Educate employees on policies, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and track resolution progress.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT to improve processes.
