Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end payroll functions and payroll support staff for a multi-state employee population.
• Review and verify timecards, timesheets, attendance records, PTO, sick time, holiday hours, overtime, and other payroll-related entries.
• Audit timekeeping reports for missing punches, incorrect hours, duplicate entries, and discrepancies before final payroll processing.
• Coordinate with department managers, supervisors, HR, and Accounting to confirm approvals, corrections, employee changes, deductions, and compensation updates.
• Utilize iSolved HCM to manage payroll data, timekeeping, attendance, employee records, and payroll-related information.
• Research and resolve employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and wage and hour requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a full-time opportunity in Kerman, CA. This role supports a manufacturing environment and is responsible for overseeing front-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. The Payroll Supervisor will lead payroll support staff, review timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and partner closely with managers, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure payroll information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end payroll functions and payroll support staff for a multi-state employee population.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
• Location: Kerman, CA.
• Target Start Date: ASAP.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
