Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Payroll Services Supervisor to lead a payroll team delivering in-tenant Workday payroll services for our customer portfolio. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements while supporting staff development.

The role requires strong payroll/tax experience, supervisory skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Payroll/Tax experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and multi-state taxation.
• Excellent communication and ability to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of payroll employees processing client payrolls on Workday.
• Serve as first escalation point for payroll issues and customer inquiries.
• Audit payroll runs for accuracy, compliance, and customer requirements.
• Monitor workload and reallocate tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to payroll staff; support onboarding.
