Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams.

You will handle weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and resolve payroll discrepancies. Experience with Workday Payroll and Excel is essential for accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related payroll experience required.
• For Canadian job: bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll end-to-end with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and provincial payroll laws.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll questions from managers and employees.
• Audit payroll data and reconcile complex transactions including retro pay, bonuses, and garnishments.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams; support payroll reporting.
