Job summary

Primient is seeking a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing and HR data management across the employee lifecycle in our US-based teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, data entry, audits for compliance, and reporting. Proficiency with Workday and strong Excel skills are preferred; opportunity for growth within Total Rewards and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing and compliance experience.
• HR operations and employee lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry and off-cycle payrolls.
• Audit employee, payroll, and time records for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee information in Workday (census, benefits, tax).
• Support HR Operations programs across onboarding through offboarding.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, HR, Finance, and vendors.
• Assist auditors with data and compliance documentation.
• Create and maintain payroll and benefits reporting.
