Responsibilities

• Weekly Payroll & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and audit weekly payroll reports.
• System Data & Classifications: Ensure accurate employee staffing details and pay classifications.
• Timekeeping Reconciliation: Review discrepancies and resolve issues prior to processing.
• Union System Maintenance: Assist with union management system administration.
• Union Dues Administration: Receive, verify, and submit union dues notifications.
• Team Collaboration: Interact with payroll team and field personnel to resolve inquiries.
