Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll or payroll administration experience is required.
• Hands-on payroll experience with high-volume processes.
• Experience with deductions, garnishments, and employee data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely high-volume payroll processing.
• Process employee changes, compensation updates, deductions, and direct deposits.
• Maintain payroll data in HRIS and timekeeping systems with confidentiality.
• Process deductions and wage garnishments per requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconcile data, and support audits.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and assist with payroll projects.
