Job summary

PAM Health, based in Enola, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee weekly payroll processing for multiple facilities. You will collaborate with facility HR Directors and report to the Payroll Supervisor to ensure accurate wage, tax, and account data in PAM’s system (UKG).

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment, with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with prior work history in payroll/human resources.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a payroll position within a mid to large multi-state company; human resources administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing weekly for a cluster of facilities.
• Analyze and validate payroll data submitted by HR and on-boarding documents.
• Maintain Kronos/UKG time and attendance data and ensure accurate wage and tax calculations.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
