Job summary

Tews Company Staffing is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing in a fast-paced office in Orlando, FL. This temp-to-perm role offers growth potential and a path to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, responding to employee inquiries about pay, deductions and benefits, and collaborating with Payroll, Accounting and HR teams to reconcile data. Familiarity with ADP or SAMPro a plus, strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR support experience.
• Familiarity with payroll systems/HRIS (ADP and/or SAMPro a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee pay, deduction, and benefits inquiries.
• Partner with Payroll, Accounting, and HR teams to reconcile payroll data.
• Support additional accounting tasks as the role expands.
