Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or closely related administrative work.
• Required: QuickBooks experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
