Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee information, timesheets, and other payroll data in the payroll system.
• Assist with payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, tax withholdings, and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Respond to team member payroll questions, including inquiries related to pay information and time-off balances.
• Review payroll data, conduct audits, and generate payroll reports for management and financial purposes.
• Research and resolve payroll errors, discrepancies, and more complex payroll-related issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and payroll reports.
• Support the Payroll team in maintaining compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist with unemployment claim processing and related data entry.
• Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and other company meetings or events as needed
