The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with a modern payroll system, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with a modern payroll processing system.
• Working knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and GL activity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups and formulas).
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and benefits data.
• Coordinate with HR and Benefits on employee changes in payroll.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
