This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll, while maintaining confidential employee records and supporting audits. You will resolve discrepancies, manage garnishments and year-end tasks, prepare reports for Finance, and collaborate with HR and accounting to keep payroll changes accurate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll processing experience, including biweekly payroll.
• Experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll/HRIS.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, year-end processing, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and wage-hour regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits before processing.
• Administer garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and audits.
• Support annual payroll tax filings and year-end processing (W-2s/1099s).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and benefits providers on changes.
