You will manage Paylocity processing, handle deductions and taxes, enrollments, audits, and partner with HR, Finance, brokers, and vendors to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, deductions, taxes, and benefits administration.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with auditing and reconciling payroll and benefits information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full biweekly payroll process for employees across 40+ states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer Paylocity processing, including changes, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Monitor multi-state payroll tax requirements and coordinate with Paylocity for registrations and filings.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including eligibility, enrollment, life events, deductions, and terminations.
• Audit payroll, benefit deductions, and carrier invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Reconcile benefit costs and maintain accurate payroll and benefits records.
• Partner with HR, brokers, carriers, vendors to resolve payroll and benefits issues.
• Support open enrollment and employee benefit communications with HR.
• Analyze processes for efficiency, accuracy, controls, and cost savings.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits requirements.
