Job summary

Premium Loaves seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll across multiple states and to serve as the go-to expert for field teams and corporate staff. You will manage wage, hour compliance, and system reporting with a leadership mindset and eagerness to learn.

Experience is a plus, but this role welcomes growth; full benefits, PTO, and a clear path to advance are provided within a growing store group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; degree in HR or Accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is expected.
• Ability to own tasks, learn quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states in Paycom.
• Maintain payroll records and handle deductions, wages, and benefits accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and resolve discrepancies.
