Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and payroll compliance.
• Experience with reconciliations, employee records, and general ledger payroll accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately for multi-state employees.
• Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Reconcile payroll reports, liabilities, benefits deductions, and GL payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities including W-2s and audits.
• Support payroll reporting and process documentation.
