Legent Health is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for a multi-state workforce, coordinating with ADP and benefits vendors to ensure accuracy and tax compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and preferred CPP/FPC certification. You will report to the VP of HR and be part of a values-driven team delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience processing bi-weekly payrolls and off-cycle payrolls.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems.
• Experience auditing benefit deductions and coordinating payroll-related uploads.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payrolls and off-cycle payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Audit and validate payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and one-time payments.
• Partner with ADP to ensure accurate payroll tax filings and benefit deductions.
