Job summary

POWERX Co is seeking an experienced ADP Payroll Manager to lead all payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and stay compliant with regulations. You will work closely with HR and Finance to optimize payroll operations and enhance employee satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on ADP expertise, multi-state payroll knowledge, and strong Excel skills. You will supervise the Payroll Specialist, drive process improvements, and maintain data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years payroll management experience, with at least 3 years with ADP.
• Experience managing payroll in a multi-state or global environment.
• Knowledge of HRIS/ERP integrations, including NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills for reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using ADP systems, including data input and final submission.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll for salaried, hourly, and overtime employees.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage and optimize ADP payroll system integration with HRIS/ERP platforms.
• Train and support employees on ADP functionalities and improvements.
• Prepare payroll tax filings and respond to audits or inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on reconciliations, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Develop payroll policies and procedures for consistency and compliance.
