Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Payroll Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to handle full-cycle payroll across multiple frequencies and entities. You will validate inputs, process regular and off-cycle payments, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

This role supports a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with a strong focus on accuracy. The position requires 3–5 years of payroll/HR/compliance experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll, HR, accounting, or related operational experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned payrolls across multiple frequencies and entities.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for assigned units and partners.
• Validate inputs (hours, earnings, deductions, tax elections).
• Perform full-cycle payroll runs, off-cycle payments, and corrections.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
