CFS in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to own full-cycle payroll for two companies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, at least 2 years in payroll, multi-company experience, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Excel; manufacturing or union payroll experience is a plus.

You will manage tax compliance, W-2 processing, timekeeping support, and payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-company payroll.
• Payroll tax administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process full-cycle payroll for two companies, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain employee payroll records and make necessary updates related to new hires, terminations, deductions, and changes.
• Administer payroll-related employee maintenance and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process payroll adjustments, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
• Reconcile payroll and related accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Administer time and attendance systems and ensure accurate employee time records.
• Support union payroll administration and interpret/apply union contract requirements.
• Assist with payroll reporting and analysis.
