Job summary

You will ensure accurate payroll records, timely reporting, and proactive process improvements that align with the school's mission. You will work closely with Human Resources and the Business Office, providing guidance on payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration while maintaining high service standards and relationships with

Qualifications

• Five or more years of payroll administration or related experience.
• Experience with Paycor payroll processing and onboarding is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting requirements, and benefits administration.
• Strong Excel, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage biweekly payroll processing and related payroll activities.
• Support employee onboarding, payroll records, and benefits administration through Paycor.
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll, benefits, and timekeeping questions.
• Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and payroll-related recordkeeping.
• Partner with Human Resources, the Business Office, and other departments to support accurate payroll operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage system capabilities more effectively.
