We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to oversee biweekly payroll operations and support benefits, compliance, and employee timekeeping in collaboration with Human Resources and the Business Office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of payroll experience, proficiency with Paycor, strong Excel and customer service skills, and a track record of process improvement in a mission-driven organization serving

Qualifications

• Five+ years of payroll administration or related experience.
• Experience with Paycor payroll processing and onboarding is required.
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits in a school or nonprofit organization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting requirements, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage biweekly payroll processing and related payroll activities.
• Support employee onboarding, payroll records, and benefits administration through Paycor.
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll, benefits, and timekeeping questions.
• Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and payroll-related recordkeeping.
• Partner with Human Resources, the Business Office, and other departments to support accurate payroll operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage system capabilities more effectively.
