Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of payroll experience, including processing and reporting.
• Experience with Paycor payroll system and onboarding is required.
• Experience in a school, nonprofit, or mission‑driven org is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage biweekly payroll processing and related activities.
• Support onboarding, payroll records, and benefits administration via Paycor.
• Serve as a resource for payroll, benefits, and timekeeping questions.
• Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and payroll recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Business Office to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage system capabilities.
