Responsibilities

• Under supervision, supports payroll specialists with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations.
• Upholds integrity of client and employee data and ensures compliance.
• Trains with National Associate Payroll team and Payroll Trainers to develop skills.
• Attends weekly department meetings and reviews procedure manual regularly.
• Establishes clear communications with payroll specialists, clients and team members.
• Consults with Supervisor and Payroll Trainer when responding to questions from clients and employees.
