Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Temporary Associate Payroll Specialist I to support payroll processing for assigned clients. You will input new hires, changes, and terminations, maintain client and employee records, and generate payroll reports under supervision.

Training programs will develop your payroll knowledge and ensure compliance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with the Finance Department, and providing reliable payroll services to Mid-Market clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive payroll information from assigned clients and payroll specialists.
• Input new hires, changes, and termination data while upholding data integrity.
• Process payroll information and generate client-specific payroll checks, invoices and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll input and balance payroll worksheets and reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely funds receipt.
• Attend training and team meetings to develop payroll skills and knowledge.
