Job summary

Insperity in Coppell, TX is seeking a Temporary Associate Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll processing. You will work under supervision, assist with employee changes, and help ensure data integrity and compliance across client accounts.

You'll learn Insperity's payroll processes through structured training and collaborate with the National Associate Payroll team to deliver accurate, timely payroll support for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Core/Emerging Growth clients by assisting payroll specialists with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations.
• Upholds the integrity of the client and employee data base and ensures all compliances are met.
• Trains with the National Associate Payroll team, Supervisor and Payroll Trainers to develop skill levels.
• Attends weekly department meetings and reviews procedure manual on a semi-monthly basis.
• Establishes clear communications with payroll specialists, clients and team members to better serve the client.
