Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Temporary Associate Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for assigned clients. The role involves handling payroll information, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance.

With a focus on learning payroll processes through Insperity training, you’ll work under supervision to build skills and contribute to accurate, timely payroll processing while supporting client needs and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Core/Emerging Growth clients by assisting payroll specialists with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations.
• Upholds the integrity of the client and employee data base and ensures all compliances are met.
• Trains with the National Associate Payroll team, Supervisor and Payroll Trainers to develop skill levels.
• Attends weekly department meetings and reviews procedure manual on a semi-monthly basis.
• Establishes clear communications with payroll specialists, clients and team members to better serve the client.
• Responds to client and employee questions in coordination with Supervisors and Payroll Trainers.

Education
