SWBC is seeking a Payroll Specialist I to serve as the primary SWBC PEO representative and client contact, handling payroll for assigned employees across multiple states.

You will reconcile payroll, maintain records, and ensure timely processing of weekly to monthly schedules while upholding confidentiality and accuracy. The role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing, garnishments & general deductions, and W-2 & I-9 maintenance.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and various schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly).
• CPP/FPC certifications preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains payroll-related accounts and processes multi-state payroll.
• Reconciles payroll data and interacts with clients to resolve questions.
• Collects new hire paperwork and maintains W-4 and I-9 documents; processes E-Verify.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
