Job summary

Insight Global in Dallas is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage a high-volume environment. You will audit, ensure tax compliance, and support processing for domestic and international payroll, collaborating with the Payroll Lead and HR to keep payroll accurate and on time.

The role is on-site five days a week, with a 4–5 month contract term. Strong Workday payroll experience and familiarity with ADP SmartCompliance are advantageous as you support ~1,200 domestic and ~300

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll populations of 1,000+ employees.
• Familiarity with monthly international payroll cycles.
• Comfortable adopting new technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Comfortable working on-site, 5 days per week in Dallas.
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance.
• Experience supporting international payroll.
