Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payrolls weekly and bi-weekly using ADP, ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance. The role supports HR, wage law compliance, and confidential data handling across multiple companies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in payroll, experience with HCM/ADP, and familiarity with Prevailing Wage rules; CPP certification is a plus, and bilingual skills are preferred. Role is on-site in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with payroll systems; job costing experience preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• HCM/ADP experience and CPP certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Associate's and Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, adjustments, garnishments, and out-of-cycle checks
• Reconcile payroll and general ledger accounts; troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure audit-ready records
• Review time clock reports for accuracy and make necessary corrections
• Prepare and file Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll through LCP Tracker and Washington L&I
• Track and document compliance with required training, certifications, licensure, and assessments
• Maintain employee records, including leaves of absence, non-taxable wages, and employment verifications
• Develop and update payroll policies, procedures, and reporting tools
• Generate regular and ad hoc payroll/HR reports to support leadership and compliance needs
• Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee data and absence administration
