Job summary

Insight Global in Dallas is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage a high-volume environment. You will audit, ensure tax compliance, and support processing for domestic and international payroll, collaborating with the Payroll Lead and HR to keep payroll accurate and on time.

The role is on-site five days a week, with a 4–5 month contract term. Strong Workday payroll experience and familiarity with ADP SmartCompliance are advantageous as you support ~1,200 domestic and ~300

A client of IG is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a high-volume payroll environment and work directly alongside the Payroll Lead. This person will primarily focus on payroll auditing, tax compliance, and payroll processing support, helping ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

The organization processes payroll for approximately 1,200 domestic employees on a semi-monthly basis, along with approximately 300 international employees on a monthly basis. International payroll experience is a strong plus but not required.

This is a professional, collaborative environment where the Payroll Specialist will work closely with payroll, HR, and other internal leaders.
