• HR or compensation credentials are a nice bonus
• Solid payroll and HR background; HCM system experience preferred

• You’re organized, detail-oriented and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own HCM site administration and lead training for employees and managers
• Run bi-weekly payroll from start to finish with deductions, taxes, and deposits
• Process payroll reports and checks with speed and accuracy
• Support multi-state payroll and resolve timecard issues with supervisors
• Be the first point of contact for payroll questions and employee pay
• Maintain personnel files and assist with year-end tasks
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting
