Performance Contracting is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the semi-monthly payroll for salaried staff. The role requires processing payroll data, ensuring timely payments, maintaining Dayforce HRIS data, and partnering with HR, Benefits, and Finance to meet compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of salaried payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. CPP or FPC certification is preferred.

The Salary Payroll Specialist position is responsible for processing and managing the company’s semi-monthly salary payroll, including reviewing payroll data for accuracy and ensuring payments are made on time. In addition, the role maintains payroll data in the HRIS system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on payroll data. Excellent analytical skills are required in this role, along with the ability to work with highly confidential information.
This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Hourly Payroll and Controllers to meet compliance requirements and business needs.
