Paythority, formerly Spectrum Payroll, in Springfield, Missouri, is hiring a full-time Payroll & HR Specialist to oversee client accounts, input payroll data, cut payroll checks, and generate payroll reports. You will be the main contact for our clients' payroll and software questions.

We seek an energetic professional who enjoys building relationships with clients and learning about payroll, HR, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be tech-savvy and willing to learn new technology.
• Payroll industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails quickly, aiming to resolve most issues within 24 hours.
• Process payroll with a focus on 100% accuracy, monitor runs, troubleshoot, and deliver checks.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships; participate in training and client reviews.
