Responsibilities

• Support Small Business Clients — respond to calls and emails within two hours, resolving most issues within 24 hours.
• Process Payroll with accuracy and troubleshoot payroll problems in real time.
• Attend trainings and grow payroll, HR, HCM, performance management, and benefits skills.
