Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• 2+ years benefits administration experience including enrollments, reconciliations, and support.
• Experience using Paycom HRIS/payroll platform to process payroll and generate reports.
• Strong understanding of payroll timelines, deductions, taxes, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll.
• Serve as resource for payroll/HRIS processes and maintain employee data accurately.
• Administer benefits enrollment, open enrollment, carrier file feeds, and reconciliations.
• Audit payroll and benefit records, ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Deliver training on HRIS functionality, payroll processes, and benefits enrollment.
