Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, Arizona, seeks a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle day-to-day processing, import or enter changes, and verify data for accuracy while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Strong Excel/Outlook skills, attention to detail, and solid communication are essential. Prior payroll experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes (hours, updates, earnings, deductions, tax overrides).
• Calculate payroll and verify data with control totals and manual review.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, cases, and phones.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects to support clients.
• Maintain and support assigned book of business.
• Build and promote relationships with team members and clients for effective coordination.
• Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices.
