Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in payroll processing.
• Minimum 2 years in HR Generalist or Specialist roles.
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll cycle workflow and ensure accurate calculations.
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and monthly expatriate payroll.
• Enter personal master data into HRIS, including wages, taxes, and direct deposit details.
• Maintain employee payroll records and verify timesheets for policy compliance.
• Create attendance audit reports to identify payroll issues before processing.
• Provide customized reports to Headquarters, Finance, and Production as requested.
• Perform reconciliations and handle ACH rejects and returned funds.
• Assist new hires with state and federal forms as needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
