Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC seeks a Recruiting Specialist to support two Savannah-area facilities across hourly and salaried roles. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the full hiring cycle, including ATS management and onboarding coordination.

Responsibilities include interviewing, employer branding, events, and collaborating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain candidate hiring status in ATS.
• Screen, select, and submit candidates to hiring managers.
• Attend interviews to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
• Promote MOBIS as an employer of choice in the community.
• Consult with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategy.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure candidate pipelines.
