Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking an HR Senior Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Alabama. You will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls using SAP and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, including tax withholdings and deductions.

You will apply advanced Excel skills for audits and reporting, maintain employee records, and assist with 401(k) plan administration while upholding confidentiality and data integrity. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of complex payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll software (ADP, UKG, Paylocity).
• Knowledge of state & federal payroll laws and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processes to ensure regulatory compliance (IRS, FLSA).
• Use SAP to maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Apply advanced Excel skills for audits and reports.
• Prepare required reports by researching and analyzing data.
• Post payroll-related general ledger journal entries and reconciliations.
